I loved the hotel facilities, particularly the large 47m pool and the variety of comfy sun loungers. The location in the jungle also offered a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the free bikes were a convenient way to explore the resort grounds. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh juices, fruits, and a noodle soup station. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel's interior decoration is simply exquisite! The beautiful mix of traditional Lao architecture and colonial-style design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel like I was stepping into a tranquil oasis every time I entered the lobby. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for senior guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the property without any difficulties.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide a bit more assistance and be more attentive to our needs. As a senior traveler, sometimes I needed extra help or had questions, and it would have been nice if the staff had been more proactive in offering their support.

Our room was incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished with local touches. The resort itself was located outside of town, which was perfect for us as we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the abundance of facilities offered. I must mention the exceptional service provided by the guest relation team, WingKi and Rohan. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. We will definitely be coming back to Pullman! I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Laos. The rooms were spacious, with a very comfortable 6ft bed. The hotel is located right in the center of Luang Prabang, close to nature and surrounded by jungle. The staff were incredibly friendly and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast options were excellent, and we couldn't fault the basic amenities provided. we had a great experience here.

The surroundings were beautiful and created a relaxing atmosphere just perfect for Thanksgiving. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable which allowed for a good night's rest. The complimentary shuttle service provided easy access to town for meals and sightseeing.

The hot water in the shower was a major issue and we struggled to get any for the first couple of nights. Even after following the advice given, the water pressure was non-existent, and the water would just fall back onto the shower head.

My stay at this resort was absolutely mind-blowing! The design of the property is super impressive, with lots of lush greenery and the most amazing swimming pools. It's the perfect place to kick back and have a laid-back vacation. The shuttle bus service was a lifesaver, making it so easy to get around and explore the area. And to top it all off, we were upgraded to a premium deluxe room, which was jaw-droppingly beautiful. The view of the rice paddies and mountains added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, from the polite and helpful greetings to arranging reasonably priced tours through private drivers. The buggy lifts from the rooms were a nice touch. an awesome stay with clean and well-appointed rooms, great pool life, and a beautiful natural backdrop. Quick shout out to the GM female, Thony, and Rohan for their assistance. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The luxurious amenities of this hotel made for a truly lavish experience. The spa and wellness center, complete with full body massage and spa lounge, was a clear highlight, as was the stunning infinity pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The garden area and outdoor dining area allowed for peaceful relaxation amidst beautiful scenery.

The shuttle service to the town center could be improved, as there was limited space available and it was difficult to secure a spot during peak times. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall luxurious experience provided by the hotel.
